Beginner Routes

The beginners routes are best fitted for the casual paddler, but the history and scenery will captivate all.

• Bon Echo Route and Mackavoy
• North and South Salmon River
• North Side of Wolfe Island

Experienced Routes

These routes are intended for the experienced paddlers due to the remote wilderness and terrain.
• Crotch Lake Loop
• Skootamatta Route
• Frontenac Provincial Park


Routes for the beginner paddler to the experienced. Some of the routes will take a few hours, but others can take you a few days. So be prepared!

DESCRIPTION

This paddle guide is intended to provide detailed paddle routes for visitors, and residents of the area. The routes are spread throughout the entire Land O’Lakes region. From as far east as Frontenac Provincial Park to as far west as the Skootamatta River ending in Tweed. The guide also covers the Bon Echo Provincial Park region, and down to Wolfe Island just south of Kingston.
